Circle skirt pattern calculator with a printable pattern
In short: Enter your waist and skirt length and the calculator works out the waist radius (waist ÷ 2π for a full circle), then prints the quarter-panel pattern piece at full size with seam allowance and a waistband — so you don't have to draw arcs on fabric with a string. Preview free; the printable PDF is $4.99 for this style or $9.99 for a 7-day pass to every style (one style is free each day).

Questions
What is the formula for a circle skirt waist radius?
Radius = waist ÷ (2 × π) for a full circle, waist ÷ π for a half circle and 2 × waist ÷ π for a quarter circle. The calculator applies it with 1 cm of waist ease and prints the curve for you.
How much fabric do I need for a full circle skirt?
For a knee-length full circle in 150 cm wide fabric you usually need about 2× (length + radius) plus hem allowance. The cover page lists the panel size so you can plan your layout.
Why let the skirt hang before hemming?
The bias parts of a circle skirt stretch under their own weight, so the hem drops unevenly. Hanging it for a day and then trimming level gives a straight hem.
